The Domain’s Restaurant

restaurantCreated four years ago, the Domain’s restaurant was successful from its early beginnings. The visitors were really excited with the idea of discovering Mauritius and its wild nature.

The restaurant’s Chef is Jacqueline Dalais, one of the best caterers on the island. In 2007, the great Mauritian Chef hosted the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival. The european Chefs came along with Patrice Binet-Decamps, Constance hotels CEO, Fabrice Rosset (Champagne Deutz), Bruno Legac (chief executive of Constance Belle Mare Plage), Jérôme Faure (sommelier in charge of the Constance Hotels), Frédéric Goisset (Blue Penny’s Chef) and Kelly Désiré (Deputy Communication Manager for the Constance Hotels). They were completely subjugated by the Mauritian culinary traditions when they left Chamarel.
